It’s time for the media to evaluate their priorities. Their constant coverage of the protesters is playing directly into the protesters’ hands and exacerbating the fever, causing continued friction and damage. We need the media to cease and vacate the scene entirely: no more interviews, no more TV cameras. Let the opponents stew among themselves.
I refuse to watch or read any more newsprint or TV coverage on this exhausting event. I’m guessing the majority feels the same.
