What should be top secret?
As a previous Army captain, company commander in the 25th Infantry in Vietnam and Bronze Star recipient, I had a Top Secret clearance. When my commanding officer gave me an order, it was considered secret and not shared with anyone.
That brings to mind the recent telephone call between our president and other world leaders. Should communications between world leaders be considered secret and just what correspondence or communications should be beyond the privy of the public?
If President Donald Trump’s telephone calls to world leaders are fair game, then let us see all those communications between President Barack Obama and Iran regarding their negotiations during the Iran nuclear agreement and make them public. Perhaps we should see all the communications between any senator or any member of the House of Representatives to any foreign person.
Where does it end?
