Kaiser president bemoans insolvency in memo

                                In a recent memo to employees, Ron Vance, the new president of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals Hawaii region said Kaiser has delayed about $370 million of maintenance and capital projects in an attempt to gain financial stability. Kaiser Permanente opened Moanalua Medical Center in 1985.
