Hawaii couple ‘so happy’ to return home after a month of quarantine amid coronavirus outbreak

Ewa Beach couple Debbie and Eric Pagan finally returned home Monday after nearly a month in quarantine, beginning aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan.
