American Savings Bank has announced two new hires and a transfer:

>> Royce Fukuroku was hired as assistant vice president, residential loan officer for the bank’s Maui branches. Fukuroku is a board member of the Maui Family YMCA and volunteers with the Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation.

>> Mark Matsumara was hired as vice president, financial con­sultant on Oahu. Mat­su­­­mara, a certified financial planner, has 20 years of experience in investment management and financial planning.

>> Ryan Amemiya is now the assistant vice president, residential loan officer on Oahu. Amemiya previously served as a commercial banking officer.
