Dirt-bike riders find disoriented man lost for 2 days on trails above Mililani
Honolulu Fire Department personnel on Sunday rescued a man who they said had been lost for two days on trails above Mililani Cemetery before being discovered by dirt-bike riders.
HFD said they received a call at about 1 p.m. from dirt bikers who found a disoriented man wandering the trails.
Four units with 11 personnel responded, and the first firefighters made contact with the man at 2:36 p.m.
They escorted him off the trail and transferred him to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services personnel at 3:04 p.m.
