Paddleboarder found unresponsive at White Plains Beach
A 20-year-old stand-up paddleboarder was brought to shore unresponsive at White Plains Beach Thursday morning.
Emergency Medical Services personnel said the woman, 20, was in critical condition, and transported to an emergency room. The incident occurred about 9:45 a.m.
No further information was available.
