A 7-foot statue of Saint Damien de Veuster was unveiled Friday at the Damien Memorial School campus. The statue stands next to the school’s chapel. At left, Pookele Glasco- Kamauoha, a Damien senior, helped underclassman Anthony Eleno place a lei on the statue during the ceremony.
