Hawaiian Airlines flight attendants get 15% raise over four years

Hawaiian Airlines flight attendants will see their wages rise by 15 percent over the next four years under the terms of a new contract. Hawaiian’s 1,350 flight attendants ratified the agreement, which was reached earlier between the company and the Association of Flight Attendants, the company said Wednesday. The new agreement runs through 2016.

The pay increase will be "offset by increased productivity," said Keoni Wagner, Hawaiian Airlines spokesman.

Mark Dunkerley, Hawaiian’s president and CEO, said, "This agreement, which spans nearly five years, recognizes the excellent contributions of our flight attendants to our company’s success and provides cost stability as we add flights between our islands and outside of our state."
