Beach goers (surfers, sunbathers and turtle watchers) negotiate the vehicular traffic on foot and behind the wheel. The turtles never did come ashore. They stayed in the water near the shore which attracted a big crowd o f people trying to see them. PHOTO BY DENNIS ODA. PHOTO BY DENNIS ODA. AUG. 23, 2013.
