Despite crowded conditions at the Oahu Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals facility at Campbell Industrial Park, the facility continues to take in animals, including special-needs cases like Luke, who was covered in ticks that took staff members three days to remove.

Crowding has forced the Oahu SPCA to build an overflow dog kennel in an outdoor shelter in back of the facility where this dog, Nikki, lives with two other dogs.
