Police: Woman videotaping confrontation threatened with knife

An argument between a 43-year-old man and 32-year-old woman and her husband escalated when the woman began taping the confrontation and the suspect threatened to kill her, police said.

The argument began in front of their apartment building in Waikiki at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday.

Police said the woman began recording the argument on her phone and the man pulled out a knife and threatened to kill the woman if she posted the video online.

Police were called and officers arrested the 43-year-old man on suspicion of terroristic threatening.
