Muggy weather to continue today
Hot and muggy weather will continue today, with relief coming Sunday with the return of trades, according to National Weather Service forecasters.
“(Today) will be like a transition,” NWS meteorologist Vanessa Almanza said. “There’s still going to be some lingering moisture, but the dry tradewinds will be coming Sunday into next week.”
Muggy weather, however, is expected to return again the middle of next week, Almanza said.
