Restaurateurs’ pride-and-joy sandwiches are being sought by industry publication Restaurant Hospitality magazine.
The “Best Sandwiches in America” call for entries seeks any sort of sandwich submission, whether it is a restaurant’s best-seller or if it has remained on the menu due to customer demand.
Restaurants are encouraged to submit a high-resolution photo, the sandwich name, restaurant name, creator’s name, inspiration for the sandwich, price, food cost, key ingredients, what makes the sandwich special, any awards it has won, and what customers say about the entry.
Restaurant Hospitality Editor-in-Chief Michael Sanson will accept entries titled Sandwich Contest via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The winning dozen sandwiches will be featured in the June issue, after editors travel the country to secretly taste and judge the entries.
No submission deadline appears in the call for entries.
