69th anniversary of the end of World War II: A commemoration begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday on the fantail of the battleship Missouri. Rear Adm. Robert P. Girrier, deputy commander and chief of staff for the U.S. Pacific Fleet, will deliver the keynote address. Free. Complimentary round-trip service to the ceremony will be offered from the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center beginning at 7 a.m.
