About 3:25 p.m. Jan. 28, the man touched a female minor while engaging in an indecent act on a Hele-On bus in Waimea near the Lakeland bus stop, police said.

He is tall and thin with short dark hair. He was wearing a RVCA hat and white Beats headphones with a red cord. He may be in Hilo.

Police ask that anyone with information on his identity or location call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call CrimeStoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
