My family was there having a bbq. My cousin stated that she saw this lady and her caregiver walking into the water. According to my cousin, this lady could barely walk, the caregiver had to help her to the water. After he helped her into the water he just left her. My cousin was busy watching 5 or 6 kids at the time, but subsequently saw the lady facedown in the water and had to summon the lifeguards.
