Man nearly drowns in pool at Executive Center downtown

A man in his 30s was in critical condition after nearly drowning at a pool in downtown Honolulu, Emergency Medical Services said.

EMS paramedics transported the man in critical condition to a trauma center at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday.

The man apparently nearly drowned at a swimming pool at 1088 Bishop St., the Executive Centre.

Hotel located in the middle of a noisy and traffic ridden area. Lots of homeless around outside. Should allow the homeless to reside there so they can double as a life guard.
