Police arrest suspect in Kailua burglary

Police, responding to a report of a burglary in progress, arrested a 27-year-old man at a Kailua residence Wednesday afternoon.

Officers said the suspect entered an unoccupied home and removed property at about 1:35 p.m.

The suspect, who gave no local address, were arrested on Oneawa Street.

Funny how Police announced the name of the suspect from the Aiea burglary($100,000 bail) but NOT the name of the arrested suspect in the Kailua burglary??? Once a person is booked, their name becomes a matter of public record. So why the difference??
