Power restored to 2,750 in Mililani

Hawaiian Electric Co. crews restored power to about 2,750 customers in the Mililani area Tuesday morning.

Darren Pai, a spokesman for the utility, said the outage began at about 7:30 a.m. and power was restored by abut 8:15 a.m.

Pai said the outage was caused by a problem with an underground cable.
