Decomposed body found on Wilhelmina Rise identified

The Medical Examiner’s Office is awaiting the results of tests to determine the cause of death of a 48-year-old man whose badly decomposed body was discovered in February on a hillside near the top of Wilhelmina Rise.
The victim has been identified as Leonard Moore.
Authorities said a man, who was flying a radio-controlled helicopter in his back yard at Kawelolani Place, smelled an odor when he went to retrieve his aircraft and found the body Feb. 26.
