Honolulu police released this image, taken from a security camera, of a suspect in a moped theft on Dec. 9 at the Prospect Tower apartments in Makiki.
Honolulu police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man seen on video stealing a moped from the parking area of the Prospect Tower apartments in Makiki.
Police said the suspect entered the parking area at about 11 p.m. on Dec. 9 and took the moped. Security camera video, released by police on Friday, shows the suspect approaching and then rummaging through items stored in the moped.
