Discoloration in ocean triggers warning

~~<p>A mysterious brownish-green plume off Kauai has prompted the state Clean Water Branch to issue a brown-water advisory for the coastal waters between Moloaa and Ana&shy;hola bays.</p>
<p>The agency said the color doesn&rsquo;t match a coral spawning event or typical algae bloom. Samples are being sent to the department lab for identification. In the meantime the public is advised to stay out of the water.</p>~~
