Man found dead outside Kapaa Public Library
Kauai police say no foul play is believed to have caused the death of a 59-year-old man who was found dead this morning outside the Kapaa Public Library.
A library patron found the man on the lawn under a plumeria tree, according to a Kauai County news release.
Police said there were no suspicious injuries or circumstances involved in the man’s death.
Police are awaiting an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
