A man was punched in the face while walking along a Kalihi street last night after he refused to hand over his wallet.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested nearby a short time later and was being held on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

Police said the victim, 30, was hit in the face twice after he refused a demand for money.
