Pickle lady is back
Leonora Ching has made her reputation as an ace pickler, preserving a variety of food such as fruits, vegetables, eggs and shrimp. She’s been featured on OC16’s "Local Kine Grinds" and is the author of the tongue-twisting "The Pickle Lady’s Pickle Passion."
Ching will present a free demonstration at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow at Kaneohe Public Library.
