Police ask for public’s help finding 86-year-old man

The public is being asked to help locate Saleavador Diga, 86, who was last seen at his Kalihi home Wednesday.

Diga, who suffers from dementia, may be in the Mililani, Waikiki or downtown Honolulu areas and is a frequent bus rider.

Diga is 5-foot 5-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black cap, blue jacket, white T-shirt, black pants, white shoes and prescription sunglasses.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300, or *CRIME on your cellular phone.  Free cellular calls are provided by AT&T, Nextel Hawaii, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless Hawaii, and Mobi PCS.
