Marine Corps base change of command scheduled

A new leader is due to take over at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay.

Lt. Col. Jeffrey Pellegrino is scheduled to become the new commander at a ceremony on the windward Oahu base on Friday. He’s replacing Lt. Col. Michael Antonio.

Pellegrino comes to Hawaii from Marine Corps Aviation headquarters at the Pentagon. Antonio is due to become the next operations and training director at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.

Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay maintains and operates the airfield facilities of Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
