Three teenagers were arrested after they stole a cell phone from another boy in Kalihi last night.
The incident occurred about 10 p.m. Police said the three boys, ages 16, 16 and 13, confronted the victim, 14, and demanded money and his cell phone.
Police located the suspects in the area and arrested them on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
