“Nikita” with Hawaii-born Maggie Q is picked up for full season
The CW network today ordered a full season for Maggie Q’s action-packed remake of "Nikita," giving the Hawaii-born star nine more episodes as the assassin gone rouge.
With an average of 3.6 million viewers, "Nikita" is the second-most watched show on The CW.
A Mililani High School graduate, the 31-year-old Maggie Q worked on action films and TV in Hong Kong and on big budget Hollywood productions that include "Mission Impossible III" and "Life Free or Die Hard."
"Nikita" airs locally at 8 p.m. on Thursdays on The CW (93).
