Hilo fire forces road closures
A fire next to the Cronie’s building on Kam Avenue in Hilo has forced the closure of several nearby intersections, Hawaii County police said.
Just after 2:30 p.m. yesterday, Big Island police urged drivers to avoid the intersections of Kam and Waianuenue avenues; Keawe Street and Waianuenue; and Keawe and Kalakua Street.
