Hawaii moves back to No. 4 in volleyball poll
The Hawaii women’s volleyball team, riding a 16-match winning streak, moved back to No. 4 in today’s AVCA Coaches Top 25 poll.
The Rainbow Wahine (21-1) had been fourth two weeks ago but dropped to fifth last week. Hawaii, receiving one first-place vote, is ranked behind No. 1 Florida (20-1), California (20-1) and Stanford (18-2).
Last week’s No. 2 Nebraska (20-2) dropped to fifth following the Huskers loss at Texas.
Hawaii returns to the Stan Sheriff Center court for its third match in four days when hosting Louisiana Tech in a Western Athletic Conference matchup.
