Man scuffling in Waikiki allegedly carried loaded handgun
A 21-year-old man involved in a Waikiki scuffle early this morning was discovered with a loaded handgun and was arrested by an off-duty police officer.
An anonymous bystander reported the gun and an officer working an off-duty "special duty" job detained the 21-year-old man at 4:10 a.m. and found him carrying a loaded revolver in his waist band, police said.
The man was arrested for investigation of failing to safely keep a loaded firearm.
