Police hold suspect in alleged Waikiki kidnapping and sex assault
Police arrested a 29-year-old man yesterday on suspicion of kidnapping and third-degree sexual assault.
The alleged victim, a 30-year-old woman, told police that she was held against her will and sexually assaulted in Waikiki between 1 and 1:30 a.m.
Police located the suspect and placed him under arrest after the woman identified him. The case is under investigation.
