NEW YORK — Next week will be a busy one for Hawaii-born Bruno Mars. He’s got the Grammy Awards — then a court date — then a performance to preview the NBA All-Star game.

Mars and Keri Hilson have been tapped to perform on the T-Mobile-sponsored magenta carpet on the pre-game show at the players showcase Feb. 20 in Los Angeles.

The NBA said Tuesday that Nick Cannon will host the festivities, to be aired live on TNT ahead of the big game.

Mars is up for seven Grammys at Sunday’s ceremony in Los Angeles. The next day, he is expected to be in a court in Las Vegas pleading guilty to a felony cocaine charge that will be wiped from his record if he stays out of trouble for a year.

.The singer, songwriter and producer is featured on the Grammy-nominated B.o.B song "Nothin’ on You." He co-wrote Cee Lo Green’s "Forget You" and has his own hit with "Just the Way You Are."
