Flooding closes Kapaa Quarry Road in Kailua
Honolulu police officers today shut down Kapaa Quarry Road in both directions from Mokapu Saddle Road, near Kalaheo High School, to the triangle near the Kapaa Transfer Station, due to flooding.
The section of road was shut down shortly after 4 p.m.
