Jim Nabors, Jimmy Borges and Monica Mancini are among the entertainers scheduled to appear at a fundraiser for Mayor Peter Carlisle in April.

The “Mayoral Celebration” originally was scheduled for Valentine’s Day, but has been postponed to April 19 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, organizers said.

The celebration, paid for by Carlisle’s mayoral campaign, is being held in lieu of an inaugural ball. Carlisle was elected in September, in a special election to fill the final two years of the term vacated by Mufi Hannemann, who resigned for an unsuccessful run at governor.

Suggested donations to the event range from $150 to $1,000.

Other entertainers scheduled to appear include Matt Catingub and Band, Afatia, Augie T. and emcee Al Waterson.
