Driver plows car into building on Kauai
A 56-year-old man lost control of his red Mustang convertible Monday afternoon and plowed into a Kapaa law office.
No was injured, but there was extensive damage to the car as well as to the Kuhio Highway building, which houses the law offices of Robert Grinpas and Tim Tobin.
Kauai police said the driver of the convertible was trying to park in a stall when he inadvertently hit his gas pedal, and rammed into the plate-glass front of the building.
