A Waikiki man was arrested last night after a man he allegedly stole from spotted and confronted him on the street a few hours later.

The victim, a 39-year-old man, said another man grabbed cash from him and fled on foot at the Kalakaua-Kaiulani avenues intersection about 7:30 p.m.
