Argument in moving car leads to crash and arrest
An argument in a moving car led to a crash and the arrest of a 24-year-old Palolo man on suspicion of criminal property damage yesterday morning.
Police say the man and a 24-year-old woman argued in a car and the man grabbed the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to veer off the roadway and crash into a building at about 11 a.m. yesterday.
Police arrested the man at the Straub Clinic and Hospital.
