Warning signs are being posted along Nuuanu Stream from Kuakini Avenue to Honolulu Harbor after 1,360 gallons of untreated wastewater entered Pauoa Stream when a 6-inch sewer line overflowed at 124 Olomana Lane.

The state Health Department said today that grease and rags blocked the sewer line. The wastewater entered Pauoa Stream, which flows into Nuuanu Stream through Liliuokalani Gardens and empties into Honolulu Harbor.
