Authorities charged a 52-year-old man with no local address in connection with a March 19 attack on a 50-year-old man.

Police say Allan Rapoza broke the driver-side window of the victim’s vehicle and assaulted him inside the vehicle. Rapoza allegedly threatened the victim and left the scene.

Police arrested Raposza yesterday at 11:38 a.m. at the Waimanalo Town Center without incident. He was charged last night with unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle, criminal property damage and terroristic threatening and held on $50,000 bail pending his initial appearance in District Court this morning.
