Two teenage boys were arrested after they tried to rob a Pearlridge employee of his computer while he was on his break Monday afternoon.

The victim, 22, said he was in an outdoor area of the center when he was approached by four males at around 2:50 p.m. Two of them tried to take his computer, but the victim fended them off and ran back into the mall where he reported the incident to security.

Police officers located the two males, ages 16 and 17, and arrested them on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
