Man arrested for allegedly assaulting sister
A 24-year-old man hit his sister with a dangerous instrument during an argument in Kaneohe, police said.
The man struck the 22-year-old woman outside his home at about 10 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
Officers arrested the man at the scene on suspicion of second-degree assault.
