Kalihi man arrested for allegedly attempting to sexually assault woman
Police arrested a 38-year-old Kalihi man for kidnapping and second-degree sexual assault following an incident Sunday morning .
According to police, the man held a 39-year-old woman against her will as he attempted to sexually assault her. He was identified and arrested at the scene
