A Liliha man turned himself in at the main police station today for allegedly breaking another player’s nose during a quarrel in a soccer game in Waipahu this month, police said.

The two men, 35 and 42, got into an argument while playing in a game the morning of May 1.

The younger man punched the other player in the face and broke his nose, police said.

The alleged assailant  was arrested Wednesday for investigation of assault. He was released pending investigation.
