Police arrest man for allegedly kidnapping ex-girlfriend
A 23-year-old man is being held by police in connection with a kidnapping involving an ex-girlfriend in the Sand Island area late Wednesday.
The man, of no local address, was arrested about 6:15 p.m. Thursday in Enchanted Lake.
He is being held pending charges of kidnapping, second-degree robbery, abuse of a family member and unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle..
