Walter Rhee’s ever-popular cooking classes and tours continue this month at Palama Market, 1210 Dillingham Blvd. (behind Zippy’s).

"Ultrafast Meals in 19 Minutes or Less" (5:15 to 7:15 p.m. June 23): The most popular class Rhee offers, this one shows how to make simple yet savory Asian meals. Part two of this class runs 2:30 to 5 p.m. June 26.

» "The Only Korean Cooking Class You Will Ever Need" (4 to 6:30 p.m. June 24): Learn the basics of beef bulgogi, spicy barbecue pork, Korean rice dumpling soup, spicy fried rice cake, chap chae, fresh sautéed spicy cucumber and more.

"Taste of Chinatown Eateries Tour" (8:30 to 11:30 a.m. June 25) Where to go, what to eat and how to identify a good place in Honolulu’s Chinatown. Wear comfy walking shoes and stretchy pants.

» "How to Make Kim Chee & Related Dishes" (2:30 to 5 p.m. June 25) Make kim chee from scratch, plus fried kim chee, kim chee mandoo, kim chee noodles, kim chee stew, kim chee pancake and kim chee stir-fry.

» "Tofu Light, Tofu Bright, I See Tofu Everywhere Tonight" (2:30 to 5 p.m. June 30): Explore the tofu recipes of China, Japan and Korea.
