Woman injures hand in supermarket conveyor belt
A 21-year-old woman went to the hospital in serious condition Tuesday after apparently getting her hand caught in a conveyor belt at Times Super Market.
The incident happened about 6:10 p.m. at the Aiea Times, a paramedics supervisor said.
According to emergency dispatch reports, the woman’s hand, up to her arm, was pulled under a conveyor belt. She sustained broken bones in her hand, the reports said.
