OCCC inmate arrested for allegedly assaulting guard
An inmate at the Oahu Community Correctional Center was arrested Tuesday after she allegedly assaulted an adult correctional officer.
Police said the incident occurred May 20. The corrections officer, a 57-year-old man, sustained unspecified injuries. The suspect, 28, was identified and arrested Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree assault.
